沒想到把下半年的第一場全馬安排在11月還是逃不過烤肉...開跑前天藍天無雲,太陽一路伴隨著我們...還好有兩段爬山的路線可以稍微紓緩。這場馬完全用心跳控制速度,前10公里心跳都控制在140以下,剛好用6分半速和明友們一起熱身前進,爬完第一坡,順著下坡調整上坡時拉高的心跳值,熱身完畢把心跳區間放大到150以下,開始配5分半速順順的跑到21K,接下來把心跳放寬到160左右,由於天氣熱加上體力也有消耗了,所以不加速一樣維持5分半速,沒嚴重撞牆...腳傷也沒出來鬧場,後半馬比前半馬快了17分鐘,完美。田中的補給太好了,米苔目、維力炸醬麵、香蕉、西瓜、小番茄、密麻花、雜糧棒、白木耳燕窩、白蘭氏雞精、蜂蜜蛋糕、檸檬冰沙、現打果汁冰沙、山粉圓、黑糖粉圓、大蛤蠣、烤乳豬...吃不完的好料,意志力不夠強真的會卡在補給站等關門。
