八點開跑時,感覺早餐都還沒消化
約跑了一小時,還是覺得早餐在胃裡
下次可能要提早吃早餐的時間
前一晚睡得不多,近五小時,
雖然起床時有累,但是不影響跑步
不過倒是羅傑,好像因為沒睡飽,過了貓空之後,
到深坑的這7K,狀況不是很好
一直需要停下來休息,
導致跑到深坑得時間被拖長,
後來下山,太陽也出來了,只好用27K作收
感覺今天沒怎麼練到,有點遺憾
下次團練可能要揪多一點的人,
至少遇到體力上落差時,還可以視情況拆成兩組練習
賽事近了,剩沒多少時間,要好好把握機會練習
