跑落有點攰,索性今日慢慢跑,到壁屋飲水猶豫緊落唔落蠔涌,望過對面先發現原來有間超巿,跑咗咁多次都無留意到,又見條碧翠路幾斜下,又未跑過,於是跑過去試,條路唔係好長,大約四百米左右,斜度同飛鵝山道早段差不多,但沿路都有狗屎尿味,難明住呢度啲人,唔通成世唔打開窗嗎?真係自作自受。見有位師兄單車玩上落,於是又學下,衝斜路,衝咗兩次,回程橫隔膜有點痛,慢慢跑落山!
