赤足跑
左腳因為上週五起床後突如其來的疼痛感
所以這幾天其實都在重新觀察中!!
昨天跑13km左腳腳踝一直有發熱感跟三年前腳嚴重扭傷的感覺幾乎一模一樣...跑完後不舒服感一直存在!!不管怎麼冰敷或按摩...所以今日就改用赤足跑的方式...道理很簡單
A、中等痛就用....B....赤足痛的感覺壓住A.....結論是....成功的......尤其是今天最後1km想說拉一下速度....但很倒楣..踩到石頭...瞬間降速了...嗚嗚嗚
