台中Atienn 繼續累積中空帽+墨鏡經驗 今天大概只有推了40下眼鏡 kerker 5K進隧道 經過漫長的3K後終於出隧道⋯結果要立刻折返再來一次Orz
進入山區後發現一位小妹妹在前面⋯上坡慢了些 但她遇到下坡可以立刻拉開距離⋯一起到達最高點的氣象台後徹底被海放⋯結果她還追到第二名⋯好強@@
下坡跑好爛⋯以逛大街之姿蛇回終點⋯還差點被後面兩個追過==

半路遇到淑禎姐被逼迫吃很厲害的BCAA粉 吃完還是跑不動阿XD
盧上去再蛇下來...全程沒有走路...只是定竿而已XD
