假日LSD。太看得起自己了,跑完第四圈10K後,本以為今天的成績應該會比上週還好,至少會快個10幾20分鐘之類的,但顯然後面續航力有問題,第5圈以後計算每圈15分鐘內跑完,也是很勉強的才達到。最後完成的時間也很難看啊!所以也只能安慰自己....就是LSD!哈
