第二次連日馬(半馬+全馬),昨天的SKECHERS半馬用盡力氣跑出150成績,今天大腿有點痠,力求完賽就好。
開賽後就跟光華邊跑邊聊,隨著道路上下起伏,今天全馬必需繞明德水庫3圈,第一圈中段得再繞出去一段往獅潭的道路(也是上下起伏),然後再繞回水庫道路,繼續上上下下回起跑點。剛起跑時大腿很緊繃,深怕半途會抽筋,於是上坡路段都用走的,下坡小跑,過了8K左右,大腿緊繃的狀況竟然舒解了,於是速度可以提升一些,果然賽後隔天再慢慢跑真的有排乳酸效果吔!
進入第二圈時,光華小腿因山路上上下下也發生抽筋狀況,於是立即減緩速度,讓腳舒緩一下,光華怕耽誤我的時間,要我先跑,於是我們就暫時分道揚鏕。
第二圈及第三圈跑得還蠻順的,最終趕在530前回來,第二次連日馬達陣,但還是要加強練習強度,否則連日馬還是別輕易挑戰。
本場賽事完全沒有指標,發生了半馬領先群跑友跑錯路線的插曲,這應該要檢討。
