昨晚跑6K, 今早本來想練20K, 但背靠背果真不容易, 休息時間不夠今天跑的很不開心, 就隨便跑跑15K收工....
天氣愈來愈熱, 練跑的意志愈來愈薄弱, 這週就要萬金石全馬, 卻絲毫都沒有信心, 現在只求自己不要太難看完賽就好!!
