今天台北大學防疾緊急關閉(台北校園跑一圈就有3k比較好補水),所以今天跑河濱公園從鶯歌跑到樹林,嗯拿著一瓶水就出門補水不易啊,10k時水喝就完了~這下GG了🙄,跑到城林橋人越來越多,該折返了不然沒有水真的跑不完,跑回鶯歌市區馬上戴上口罩因為人太多了😷~很難呼吸但沒關係趕快把它跑完~🥵
嗯現在對防疾的狀況還蠻擔心的很怕以後沒辦法再跑,譬如各方面的管制或是不小心被感染,肺掛掉後就沒法再跑唉~😳
