因爲要百K比賽了,因此決定在最後兩週來個連三LSD,昨天的重點是follow 教練課表與團隊配速,今天重點在於順順的跑,因爲賽道是甜甜圈,特別強化補給策略,因爲昨天聽J大說肝醣只夠一個半小時消耗,於是我決定以一圈能量膠、一圈義美小羊羹來做交替補給,今天看來狀況尚可,雖然最後三圈(12.7K)開始掉速,不過因為是耐力賽,就沒太在意,堅持到底⋯⋯
期待明天目標七到八分速(最慢)來完成連三LSD。
賽後評分: 其實主任很辛苦將賽道規劃完整,自帶補給,但每個人都有自己的地方,非常貼心,且落實執行垃圾分類,謝謝主辦單位用心在細節上。
