跑完10k後左膝又開始痛了,肚子也有點餓,所以接下來的補給就大吃特吃,吃完就肚子痛,在蘭平千里到虎豹潭這段因肚子痛只能用走的,好不容易才撐到廁所解決了,膝蓋痛讓我下坡只能走走停停,眼看快關門了最後2k只好拿出迫力忍痛跑,總算是沒被關門,真是好刺激阿,想想可能一開始在人群内閃來閃去才會讓膝蓋又受傷了
