新店溪河濱公園
輕鬆跑
之前教練說跑紅土對膝蓋負擔小也可以練練腳踝的靈活度。今天跑河濱做恢復刻意繞進中正橋附近的紅土操場繞幾圈測一下距離,看看是否有機會利用這場地練間歇。
常去的板體場地雖好,但人真的太多了。福和橋下紅土操場又有點遠。這只有中正橋這一個位置最適中。繞幾圈後得知這是一個四百米的操場,優點是平常幾乎沒人來我可以包全場,缺點是因為來的人少,紅土凹凹凸凸沒有很平整。真是可惜了這個場地。看來還是要繞去福和橋那個紅土操場來練。
