今天出門龜山下著雨,不過到三重後是涼爽的陰天,適合跑步。延路補給不算好,只補水跟運動飲料,還好有自備果膠,本來右腳足底筋膜炎就沒完全好,距離又被增加,真是有夠心累,最終還是完成了!
