新店溪河濱公園
輕鬆跑
起跑後感覺跑感很差,配速拉不太起來。加上這一兩天左腳掌大拇趾的肌肉感覺怪怪的,跑到後來索性就放棄改輕鬆慢跑。雖然是輕鬆跑但對左腳掌部位不時隱隱抽痛。讓我不得不考慮周日安樂杯棄賽的可能。這一兩加強冰敷觀察看看。
按計畫安樂杯瑪陵生態馬拉松我設定為練習調整賽,這一是山路馬,鑒於過去五分山馬受傷的前例,我將會跑得比較保守。以不受傷為最高原則。有機會的話希望能四小時內完賽。
