今次跑前吃了一塊花生多及一條香蕉,感覺剛剛好。另外穿上了新買的MIZUNO tight跑,感覺無咁容易攰。
補給 - 5km補水,之後每2.5km補寶礦力,7.5km, 17.5km時補power gel。
