萬金石馬拉松賽前最後一次練跑,選擇繞圈圈,繞公園25圈 ,輕鬆跑,以調整姿勢為主。發現左膝卡卡,可能是前幾天衝太快造成,以後要注意力,不要逞一時之勇,造成身體傷害,不值啊!
