| 一早天氣很悶,溼氣很重,還沒起跑衣服就溼了,路跑路線規劃不錯,風景很棒,只有上龍鳳瀑布路段坡度較大,上坡難,下坡更難,但不致降低我們完賽的意願,至於主辦單位南投趴趴走的後勤補給相當好,還有久美原鄉部落設攤提供補給,感覺超棒的,只有成績列印出點差錯,賽後提供杯麵份量太少外,其餘評價都很不錯。 賽前宣言: 完賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
