清明連假第一天,跟川哥、家恩來晨跑,他們配合我不愛早起,六點集合我已經很努力了,哈。
先跑知本田間小路,這是只有白天能享受的踏感和風光,他們都是第一次來。然後川哥八點就要回家了,我跟家恩再挑戰從蘇巴陽上射馬干山,真的好陡,一公里大概爬升130M,超有效率的。有機會再往山裡跑遠一點。
