| 第43馬(第7場百K):
第一屆於四月份舉辦,是第2場百K,當天氣炎熱路線又上上下下,兩腳足底筋膜炎加上迷路多跑了2K,跑得很辛苦,本來說不再跑這場了,但今年還是跟王董及教主來了。在右膝受傷尚未痊癒(但已明顯改善)下去程採取跑走策略,下坡更是小心,今年天氣亦較為涼爽有利於跑步,前半程右膝無礙,回程就大膽的加快速度,最後成績還不錯,比預期的還好。 賽前宣言: 參加過第一屆,是優良超馬賽事,本屆跟本地的高雄馬撞期,但在跑友的邀約及國內百K優良賽事不多之下,捨棄每年參加的高雄馬,再來奮起湖虐心一次吧! 賽後評分: 補給品或許可再調整 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
