昨晚下班後直衝台南,竟然只有睡3小時前後精神狀況還很好。還沒起跑時,右大腿一條筋很緊,但沒想到起跑後感覺狀況不錯,一路都跑步堅持不走路完賽😁ps終於不愛練跑的我,跑了一場還滿意的成績單
