2019台北馬拉松

早上4:30就到會場,沒什麼人,都是志工在佈置場地,就去附近超商吃早餐並且稍做休息,5點多離開超商就去寄物,參賽者陸續以及來會場,寄完物稍作熱身發覺左胸疼痛(工作受傷緣故),想說今天能完賽就很棒了,別說要挑戰PB,之後就去等待區等待開跑,6:30準時鳴槍起跑,參賽者實在太多,約89秒才通過起跑線,前5K擁擠,不過配速還可以,到了10K人還是多,不過不擁擠,沿途經過一些景點,不過都沒注意看,來到15K仍然穩住,19K後開始跑進河濱,之後每個補給站都進站,17K後同時雙腳開始覺得不舒服,就開始噴肌樂舒緩,18K開始就看到有跑者已經在走路了,就這樣來到了30K,原本想放掉,左胸疼痛仍然對賽事有影響,就忍者疼痛跑,沿途看到很多選手早已跑不動了,用走的一定會被關門,來到35K太陽熱情陪伴,手上拿著海綿降溫,上高架橋跑不動停用走的,順便舒緩一下雙腳,最後2K來到地下道,蠻悶的,感覺氧氣不夠,忍著忍著出了地下道又市厭世爬升,當時力氣早已放空,緩慢的跑進終點,全馬我還是缺乏經驗,不過這場以3:47成績完賽不盡理想,下次有機會再加油就可以了。(實跑43.26K,又是價量不加價)
