夏季山海戀的第二天,一開跑想說趁太陽還沒出還沒出來之前,多跑一點,昨天的狀況沒有影響今天太多,一路就順順的向前跑,就這樣開5分速,直到第二補給站只花了1:30分,後來在上坡之後就沒有太多體力可以使用了,果然是大失荊州,後來也是這把小雨傘一路跟我相依為命,至少沒有讓我曬到頭昏腦脹,最後的800配速果然是好用~~~讓自己在不想跑的情況下可以免強邁入去,這一場比賽認識很多人很有趣也很好玩..........
