今天比昨天涼一些,酸痛也比較恢復了。其實我很少大腿痛,因為通常跑慢都是用小腿。上週跑半馬難得要跨比較大步,也算是一種不同的練習。
目標里程不像昨天訂這麼高了,45圈漸進增加就好。速度不快也就不會太累,穩穩的跑完還可以去拉筋休息。最近要休息充足一點,這也是訓練的重要部分阿~
