腿傷停了一個星期沒練,體力真的有差,後段就體力不支了,再加上沒練坡度,所以上上下下的坡度腿力難以負荷。
總而言之,就是練不夠,明年再雪恥! 賽前宣言: 剩最後一張拼圖,完賽奬牌當然要用全馬完成。
