| 起跑就胃痛,心想完蛋了,45k怎麼走得完?一直和自己對話。😂好在6k後較緩和。感謝小蔡教練在10k處,帶著咖啡雨中等候,為我私補🙏。二子坪的濃霧還有各2.3k的陡上陡下真是令人難忘!二子坪折返後一路向下,追回些速度,40k又開始抽筋,耳朵響起阿平教練的聲音:練不夠,好在有位跑友給顆鹽錠再喝點水,又可以緩步前進,感謝這位熱心的跑友!幸運得了女總八,好開心🥳😄💪
