| 首次跑太魯閣外的峽谷馬~
由於將近一個月沒練LSD,所以設定5HR完賽就好
一早老天果然賞臉給了超級"好"天氣~
賽前一天阿德提醒不要暴衝,所以一開始有刻意壓速度,還遇到幾個跑班的同學,其中大部分是Pacer,打個招呼就繼續飄走~
但還是只撐過25K就爆掉,還帶點小抽筋
還好折返後多是下坡,後段反正破四無望,就順跑回終點,本場大致上還算好跑,至少比起櫻花跟五分山,就是天氣熱了點^^
