2019蘆洲慢跑移地訓練賽
一年一山路馬,雙溪櫻花、石碇,這次蘆慢大軍來到了新竹戀戀桐花,三台遊覽車03:30出發。
首組鬧鐘02:30沒叫醒我,幸好第二組02:45鬧鐘發動前,喵老師的Morning Call就到了,嗯~看來約個晨跑請個早餐應該很合理了😜
最近天氣很熱,今天決定長袖長褲好好防曬,不過31K淋雨到41K...搞的我回家還得多洗鞋😤
本月以跑量86.9面對這44K,所以今天一次抵半月跑量耶😱
現在只是個胖子只能跑這樣了,今天重頭戲是蘆慢女子組的3⃣️位總姐同場競爭,都是偶像耶💕
