的確是練腿功的好賽事
去年因為練太少而落馬
今年抱著崇敬的心再度來嘗試
雖然歷經高齡93歲家父住院手術
三天完全停跑
但終能幸運完跑
感恩......

註記:家父宿疾疝氣發作頻繁,雖至壢X醫院急診門診數回,但內科、泌尿科都“不敢”動手術;一般外科雖然答應,但竟然排一個月後才手術。老人家豈堪忍痛一個月。大前天中午再度發作,決定送來台北榮總急診,手術後住院休養;今天是麻煩我妹妹弟弟代班顧老父親,我才能去雙溪跑步,跑完再去陪伴照顧老父親。跑步當下,心都懸掛著家父,所以確實真的有拼命到!
