這場沒比想像中的輕鬆~許許多多的上上下下,尤其是下到最後的約48k,大會公佈的高度圖根本沒有這麼陡啊!!是想操死誰啊...!!!
離自己預設的目標還有很大的一段差距(6開頭~)...我想這還要努力一大段時間了~~
配速依然是我重大的罩門,前快後慢(慢到要死...)...前面我的順順跑可能是體力還多,所以沒有累的感覺,只要到達某一里程,身體似乎會瞬間告訴我~還有補給策略也是一樣...這場的補給實在太好...害我後半段約3個補給站都吃不了東西...太撐了...還要邊跑邊注意不能吐出來...而且在約23K補給站時,我還邊跑邊喝high尼根...真開心~~~
此場比賽值得推薦啦!!提供選手之夜、早餐、完賽餐點還有感恩之夜!!!!雖然只吃到完賽餐點和部分早餐而已,更重要的是,全程補給不提供任何杯子,這實在太棒了~~~非常環保!!!希望超馬比賽都可以效法一下~~
另外~
只要補給站間可以縮短約每4K一個,所有經過的部落都要一同參與~這樣肯定沿路都有熱情的原住民們陪伴~讓我們有無限的體力...哈哈!!!!
無力去跑八通關了(藉口藉口借口)...跑完也下雨~所以打道回府,結果今天早上的天氣竟然還不錯~似乎有點可惜!!!

進終點跟鎮西堡一樣~直接上台,不過這次多了喝完賽小米酒(學斯巴達超馬的聖水??)~還有頭戴花圈,然後等候一群美女繞個你跳完舞、合照,才能下台喔!!哈哈~
頒獎就更有趣了!!!!第一次頒這麼久的~當然一樣先來跳個舞..大家一起跳~大會您不知道我們跑完70K很累了嗎?哈哈~在來頒獎人是部落的耆老們(可能都是60~70年前的大美女吧!!)~我的那位聽說90多歲了!!!!!真的好有趣~~
