半馬之後,到海邊風大加上飄起毛毛細雨,二邊大腿一直抽筋,只好一直停下來拉筋,有肌樂就趕快噴,最後冷到連拇指都抽筋了,整體來說是一場很用心辦的比賽,跟上週的集集馬真是天攘之別,賽道、補給、志工、交管、啦啦隊都很棒,值得一跑。
