我實在練太少了,近期跑量很淒慘(._.),能順利跑完也是感恩(^^)
12K遇到半馬人潮,人多沒注意腳下,竟踏到貓眼石,嚇死我了,還好一路一直感受腳踝的狀況,無大礙,就繼續跑完!30K後觀察抽筋的跑者,協助正確拉筋方法。
