自從初全馬受傷後🤕️,不管是自主半馬、還是參賽的,已經好久沒破百了!大夜班下班接著跑步,今天的心率卻控制的很好,大約在145上下,連我自己都很驚訝~因此跑起來格外舒服!但腳傷依舊未痊癒,對於下週的萬丹馬,只能又臨場表現了⋯希望別再抽筋,或是別那麽快抽筋了😅⋯
