賽後評分: 天氣太熱 官方補給只有水和海棉(真的完全不及格😩,已經是第二次參加,去年因傷棄賽),民眾很熱情 私補很多 ,但我對黑糖沒興趣,香蕉直接給整根(後面有的補給站有切),但我真的好想喝運動飲料補充電解質啊,天氣那麼熱 鈉流失的特別快,光靠鹽巴跟本不夠,每次接到手後喝一口,又是水😩,紙杯外觀無法辨別(除了袋裝或瓶裝外),不少人還需要投販賣機 沿途救護車跑來跑去,難怪完賽率和其他賽事比好像特別低,跑完後整個人完全脫水,險些暈倒,第一次覺得主辦方很糟,不用和台灣比,在日本跑那麼多場,從來沒有這種情形,想靠民眾補給,卻沒有站在參賽者方面著想,在里程當下要的是什麼,水很多 但我需要的是sportdrink(終點才有是怎樣,都快暈倒了 喝有用嗎?),真的是一次性的比賽,想參加的人可以體驗看看就好,路線方面島嶼地形原本就會有起起伏伏 ,就沒什麼好評論的。
