星期三發現感冒,一度很緊張,還好只是小感冒,起跑不到30分太陽就出來了,前幾K跟著半馬選手衝太快了,馬上發現自己不行了,趕快降速,就盡量維持在450的配速,一直到最後3K才感覺到累跑不進5分內,最後3:25:55完賽,總23分5第二次上凸台。
今生的目標3:30提前達成了,不想再追求更好的成績。
