才起跑左小腿就痛起來,心裡閃過念頭乾脆下個轉彎就棄賽算了,還好跑了一下沒那麼痛,就這樣撐下去,還沒中間沒有爆掉。看來這左小腿要去給醫生看一下,這麼久都好不了
賽前宣言: 跑步順便去拜拜
賽後評分: 許多跑者錯過第一個水站要拿環保杯,導致後面幾個水站很多跑者沒有杯子可用,這點出發前大會應該叮嚀跑者第一個水站要拿環保杯。補給算不錯,有炸雞,來回吃了好幾隻。但我記得去年好像有羊肉爐和燒酒雞,哈~還是不錯的。
