二水馬拉松,今天原本預定目標要突破340的,因上週秋季馬是341完賽,但不是憨人想的這麼簡單的⋯
前10K還算跑得順,也沒有爆衝,但10K後,胸口悶痛,氣很不順,於是我把速度度放得更慢了,到15K,老爺出現了,我告訴他我很不舒服,胸口悶痛,他一回頭,慘劇發生了,竟然跌倒了⋯
我回頭把他扶起來,他有點擦傷,好像還好,因為他又往前跑去,沒多久到下水處了,我往上想下水被前導車叫回來,因胸悶痛的情況並未改善,到全馬半馬分歧處,我決定不跑了,這時前導車大哥叫我停下來休息一下,走一走,他說他沒看過女總一棄賽的⋯
跑這麼差到18K還保持女總一,可見高手都跑別場了,邊走邊跟前導車大哥聊天,跟另一個騎機車大哥說我要棄賽,可以載我回去嗎?他竟一口拒絕我⋯
我很怕像合歡山那位半馬跑者一樣,因為不曾跑到胸口會悶痛,所以我開始啟動走路模式,我想這一馬應該要五小時才能完賽了吧!
走走跑跑,已經不知被多少男男女女告軌了,有些男跑者還會停下來和我打招呼,走一下聊一下⋯
二水馬的賽道和田溪水超馬及田中馬重覆,風景不錯,二水村民也好熱情,補給站的補給也很豐富,是一場值得推薦的賽事⋯
我已經很少有走這麼久的賽事了,從15K後就跑跑走走,跑馬是一條很長遠的路,不用在意任何一場,身體要健康才能長久⋯
