DAY2 65KM 埔里 武界 霧社 清境 合歡山翠峰停車場,順利完賽,也解除連日超馬的成就鎖定。
起跑時狀況不錯,跟著領先集團前進,後來覺得輕鬆跑就好,就開始跑跑走走。
1x km 膝蓋上方傳來強烈陣痛,連走都有困難,立刻吞一顆cataflam,走一陣子發現沒好轉,馬上再補一顆,副作用噁心想吐就跟著我進終點,吃胃藥也沒比較好。
大概吐了四趟(20-30k 就佔3次),很慘烈的往前進,然後...又出現血尿症狀(整趟只進兩次廁所......),就這樣撐到親愛國小,那一站簡直是救命站,大吃大喝完才出站,讓後面狀況改善很多。
萬大水庫進霧社那長坡太銷魂,搭配大太陽根本是絕配,在這段差點中暑,一上去看到轉角有補給站,差點流淚啊啊啊啊!
這站有蜂蜜耶,馬上加水,再把土司放進杯子邊走邊吃,總算解除危機。
另外感謝武界熱情的居民及萬豐教會的"私補",讓小弟順利補到水。
還有一天,三個月的養傷與復健,這兩天的保守及忍耐,就是為了這100km。不求結果,只願於心無憾。
