3/27這一天剛起跑時溫度涼涼的,但過沒多久就轉為悶熱的天氣,真不舒服。跑著跑著遇到了李明德大哥。明德大哥已完成了二百七十幾馬,去年也完成了14天的環台賽。我們跑在一起,一路上分享了許多跑馬的經驗和心得。明德大哥讓我知道跑步是要用”心”跑,要跑得開心,要享受跑步的過程,不求快,但求穩,而且為了往後2天,更要在路程中適時休息。這對我幫助很大,不然照我一貫橫衝直撞的跑法,這三天一定完蛋。雖然這一天熱到爆炸,但我卻學會仔細感受絲絲微風帶來的涼爽。在充裕的時間下,最後一段,我和明德大哥以跑走的方式前進,一方面緩解肌肉疲勞,一方面保留體力。回到終點時聽大家都在唉唉叫,抱怨天氣熱,跑得很痛苦,咦~但是我卻跑得好開心啊,謝謝明德大哥的陪跑。
回到房間脫掉襪子,啊~右小指起了一估超大水泡,使得整個小指看起來像一個霧面的水晶球。平常不長水泡的我,怎麼會選在這天中大獎?今天運氣超好遇到明德大哥,又運氣不好長了一個超大水泡,有賺有賠,也算公平啦!當務之急就是趕快處理水泡問題。本以為可以求助大會的救護人員,但得知大會的救護人員只管”急救”,就是狀況危急生命時他們才會幫你,其他的還是要靠自己解決。幸好附近就有一個藥局,老闆好心的、耐心的一再跟我保証抽水泡一點都不痛,超怕痛的我才唉唉叫的讓他動手。是真的不痛啦,但要把水擠乾淨時還是有痛一下!抽出來的水竟然滿滿一管,希望我永遠不要破這個紀錄。很感謝先前擔心的腳痛、胃痛都沒來找我,但有點擔心現在這個大水泡。超馬就是這麼”有趣”,你永遠不知道下一刻會有什麼”驚喜”出現!
