剛開始筋骨還很僵硬,慢跑就好,隨著里程增加,身體也漸漸熱了,速度好像也漸漸加溫,這樣跑還蠻舒服的,跑完身體也沒覺得哪裡酸痛,GOOD!
但是,數圈圈真的會很不想繼續跑下去~~只好一直騙自己快到了快到了。
