12hr台北馬拉松前最後一次練習LSDㄌ, 43K穿鞋+8K赤足,下禮拜應該會穿Saucony A5 (輕薄),感覺應該還用不到Kinvara 4 (厚且較重) (還不是很適應,腳的小指有點會磨到 xd...) ,希望山路馬前可以適應
