| 賽前希望可以比去年進步20分鐘,以破4為目標。
開賽後太陽就出來了,溫度漸漸升高,但前半程都跑得還算輕鬆,過半馬的時間也很理想,到了25K折返點翠峰山屋,賽道無遮蔽物,溫度又更高了,接著是連續5K的陡坡,我和一位大哥開始步行,直到遇到緩坡才開始跑,但我覺得腳越來用重,跑起來覺得很喘很累,大腿有快抽筋的前兆,後面開始跑跑走走,本來總六的位置陸續被超過,同組的兩個小鮮肉也把我刷卡,心想去年這組不是弱弱的嗎!?最後完賽成績雖不如預期,但有進步了。
今年真的是努力才能分三上台,去年真的是運氣好。
明年我就換到C組,今年我的成績去C組可以拿分一耶!!今年C組竟然不強。
