早上接到順澤大電話,邀約跑一下。但這路線坡好多又好陡呀。然後又在透中晝跑,沒遮蔭的部分很熱呀。
有好幾段地圖上根本沒有路,甚至還出現off road,那種路只能7分速跑呀,還要隨時注意路面,不然會被石頭或樹根絆到,有夠刺激。心跳也一直飆高到180。
