(因最後2K的烏龍事件停下來又回跑又跑到對面車道又折回來又問居民又問志工至少浪費了5分鐘以上的時間).
5點左右到會場時發現跑友還真不少,點鞭炮起跑還蠻特別的,一開始氣溫還蠻適合跑步的(能再冷一點更好),擔心的大太陽不知何時出現,大概跑到的近30K時才開始感覺有點熱,但40K後跑在大馬路邊時就曬到頭抬不起來了,又熱又累,還好補給站充足,可適時補充水分,雖然跑得很累,但覺得大年初一跟一群熱情的跑者一起跑步很高興很值得回憶,很希望明年能再參加(但恐怕很難)! 賽前宣言: 第一次參加拜年馬,也是此賽事的倒數第二屆,之前就很想參加,只是怕大年初一跑馬會被家人念,這次有理由就當是南橫百K前的長距離練習,哈哈哈,加油! 賽後評分: 補給站的規劃很足夠,工作人員及志工很熱心,規劃的路線有部分經過市集及廟宇我個人很喜歡,主要路口有交管,賽後的伴手禮熱食個人拍照很棒,大年初一的超馬辦這樣沒什麼好挑剔的了! 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
