出差回來後一直在忙沒時間跑步,唯一的兩次跑步都是因為有參加賽事!
前半馬還能跟同事邊聊天邊跑,進了河濱後真是好冷呀,冷到直發抖,後面還下起了雨!
早上從中壢騎車到台北,跑完又騎回中壢,這真是個自虐的行為!冷死我了…
