我以為我會哭,但是我沒有~
里程少了一公里,跑352 sub4,如果那一公里補上,應該也可以小破吧… 爽XDD
免費的馬,難得的路線跑193,算是上上下下爬高爬低,不過爬昇不算很大。補給非常的… 路協,只有香蕉巧克力,水跟運動飲料,而且看得出來沒有辦比賽的經驗,回程的時候很早就沒水了。
這場多虧有黃國恩幫忙帶著配速,沒有在一開始的時候太high衝太快,後面才有尾勁,雖然後段還是無力,但整體平均的速度跑起來就不會真的爆掉。
心得是:跑馬重點就是訓練,還有配速。
賽後評分: 補給看得出來沒有經驗,後段的補給站會欠水。不過大致是很好的一場比賽,里程少了1k,就算加上那1k也是可以sub 4,大破自己PB,爽~!!
