| 冬山河超馬 夜跑組100公里及100英里 晚上9點開跑。
天氣:雨 體感有冷的感覺。
裝備:頭燈 小帽 雨衣 手套 穿戴上陣。
補給:能量果凍×2 能量包×2 其他的吃大會的。
路線:因冬山河護堤施工 路線變更 部份道路完全沒燈 有也是微弱燈光 加上部份道路崎嶇不平又天雨路滑 整路跑得小心翼翼 深怕出狀況 也擔心跑錯路(前後都看不到人 好害怕 又聽到狗在吹狗雷 更害怕了)。
成績:當然是很滿意 哈哈 其實開跑第一圏 就覺得狀況有點差(跑得有點喘)還好完成第二圈之後 就越跑越順 直到剩最後10k 大小腿才出現要抽筋的感覺 真的很想停下來走時 一位跑100英里的年輕人和我邊跑邊聊了一陣 説他還有3圈 要我拼一下 就這様我就很努力跟著他的背影跑到終點 順利完賽。進終點線前趕快向他道謝 年輕人郭葉華 實力超強 最終以破紀錄的成績總2完賽 恭喜他。
