早上起來跑真是折磨,拖到5:15總算出門,美術館早有人在跑了,帶了350mL水並熱身了一下於5:32起跑,到柴山時陸續都有看到跑者上山或下山,今天天氣不錯但腳有點疲勞跑不快只能慢慢凸上去,到山海宮照相喝水裝水,山下停了一次20秒的紅燈,之後慢速的回到美術館,速度慢但還是覺得累,但至少完成了功課。
