上星期跑完澎湖馬的隔天腳就受傷了,左腳大姆指下方被電扶梯弄到,好深的傷口,皮也掀了起來,經過五天療傷+偶而嘗試在帶傷狀況下小跑一段路後,最後還是決定來跑(不良示範請勿學習),來跑的原因是這場關門時間長達七小時,路線又沒什麼上下起伏,天氣正好又不熱,但為了以防萬一,我做了很大的改變,我帶了……1000元隨時準備搭計程車回會場XD!
從起跑就刻意放慢到7分速,在冒冷汗跟速度間找到平衡,連跑姿也變得有點怪,這其實是不好的示範,容易造成受傷,但也就這樣跑著跑著在6小時內結束了!
