從一開始的十公里開始慢慢復甦在練起.一切以不痛為原則.不過一開始左腳踝還是怪怪的.根據我的經驗要連續休息一星期才不會痛(我怎有辦法忍那麼久呢?那應該是之前爬山的舊傷-.-)哈哈!!
