暑假真的不是跑馬的日子,明年不要太衝動報了好幾場~
記取台南星光馬的教訓,每經過補給站都告訴自己要克制,不要吃太多東西,以1~2杯飲料搭配西瓜或香蕉、鳳梨就好,今天的策略成功,跑起來很順,跟賽前預定目標差不多~
今天一起跑就和小烏龜碰面了,二人幾乎是全程一起跑的,彼此加油打氣,雖然天氣很熱,但二人邊跑邊聊也就不覺痛苦,大概最後2K比較痛苦,想放慢一些,甚至想小走一下,因為430進終點已經沒問題了,而且前後也看不到任何人了,可是他就是一直跑不願意慢一些,所以我們就比預定時間快一點進終點~
拿到成績證明後小烏龜是總九、我是總十,全部539人參賽。我們前面只有8個男生呀!難怪前後看不到人~
我的心率竟然有200的,平均心率180,應該不準吧!我的錶戴在袖套上,而且今天跑起來不會很累,真不知怎麼測出來的~
